1.When can I get the Tracking Number?

Tracking Number usually takes 3-7 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3 to 7 business days to update your tracking information. If you don’t receive tracking number within 7 business days, kindly send us an email. If the tracking status is “not available” within 3 to 7 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email too.

2.Will I receive a tracking number and How to track my watch?

As soon as the watch will be sent, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a URL to track your package. We ship with DHL, USPS or SF international, so you can expect your watch in the shortest terms.

3.How fast is the shipping time?

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Once the courier is already done loading your package on the plane, delivery time within the United States is 14-20 days after processing, and 14-20 days internationally as well. Please also take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are not able to control on our end and there are also some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.

4.What should I do if the received item is damage?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product defects.

5.Can you replace it if the received item is damage?

Yes, within 3 days upon receiving the item. If the defect is valid, we will send another replacement to you.

6.Can you send me more pictures of the desired model?

Since we get a lot of requests, some of which are our competitors trying to keep us busy, we send extra pictures only to our existing customers.

7.Does the watch second hand run smooth or ticking?

For Automatic movements the second hand sweeps with a rate of 21600 bph, for Quartz movement the second hand ticks.

8.Do the watches have ceramic bezels?

Yes, if the authentic model feature a ceramic bezel, our replica does as well.

9.Does the watch come with original box and papers?

To avoid high shipping and product costs, the watch is shipped without the branded box. If you wish to add a box to your order, you can send us a email.

11.What type of glass do you use to manufacture watches?

All our watches feature highly durable, non-scratch Sapphire glass.

12.Can I pay with my VISA/Mastercard card?

Yes, we support VISA, Master, JCB card.

13.Do you deliver to my country?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. Usually once the payment is confirmed the processing time is 2-4 business

days and the shipping usually takes 14 to 20 business days.

Note: Sometimes there is a overload in warehouse and the processing time may take 4 or 10 days.

14.Are the watches water resistant?

All our watches are water resistant but not waterproof. We do not recommend swimming with them or taking showers with them. Taking the watches underwater will revoke their guarantee.
